UX Researcher — Human-AI Interaction

Research human-AI interaction patterns to design trustworthy, usable interfaces — run studies, synthesize findings and partner with design & engineering to improve AI UX.

Tasks:

• Plan and run qualitative and quantitative studies on AI-assisted workflows.
• Define metrics for usability and trust; iterate on prototypes with users.
• Produce design recommendations, patterns and guidelines for human-AI interfaces.
• Collaborate with PMs, designers and engineers to embed research into product cycles.

Requirements:

• 3+ years UX research experience; background in human-computer interaction or related field.
• Experience researching complex systems, ideally including AI/ML features.
• Strong mixed-methods skills (interviews, surveys, usability testing, analytics).
• Excellent synthesis and communication skills.
