We are looking for a
Director, Marketing Operations
Own marketing operations, martech stack and data-driven growth systems to scale demand generation, attribution and developer/technical community programs.
Tasks:
- Manage CRM, marketing automation, and analytics to optimize acquisition funnels.
- Design measurement & attribution models for multi-channel campaigns.
- Operationalize developer marketing programs, events, and community growth.
- Work cross-functionally with product and sales to align marketing automation with product-led growth experiments.
Requirements:
- 6+ years in marketing operations, demand-gen or growth; SaaS/tech experience preferred.
- Strong experience with CRMs (HubSpot or Salesforce), analytics and marketing automation.
- Comfort with SQL and translating analytics into operational playbooks.
