Team Lead, Data Science

Lead a data science team to research, prototype and productionize ML models that deliver measurable product impact, while establishing robust MLOps, evaluation and reproducibility practices.

Tasks:

• Manage end-to-end ML projects: research, prototyping, testing and production deployment.
• Design model evaluation pipelines, monitoring and drift detection for production models.
• Collaborate with engineers to productionize models with reproducible pipelines and infrastructure.
• Mentor data scientists and grow a research-oriented, impact-driven team.
• Drive experiments and measurement frameworks to quantify model impact on product metrics.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in data science / ML with hands-on experience shipping models to production.
• Strong statistics, ML fundamentals and experience with Python ML stack (scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.).
• Experience with MLOps tooling and cloud infra for model serving and monitoring.
• Leadership experience and ability to communicate complex technical trade-offs to stakeholders.
